2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

4. International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days (depending on destination).

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by your local customs office.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs fees), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Rea Rae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If you suspect your package has been stolen, contact your local authorities.
